Balázs Tarsolys' design philosophy is best described with „radical meets pleasing“. His approach is as crazy-romantic as it is pragmatic-functional. His focused and emotional design translates company values into strong brand personalities. As the founder of Operation Butterfly Balázs Tarsoly vouches for sustainable, transparent corporate communication. For his clear and timeless design he has received numerous international awards.
Growing up in an advertising-animation-film family in Italy Serena Carloni studied history of art and art management in Parma, Urbino, London and Bologna. After successfully founding and directing a gallery for contemporary Italian art in Frankfurt, she undertakes a 2 year interior design adventure before becoming the secret soul of Operation Butterfly. She applies her talent of solving whatever problem with a smile and her natural intuition in communication in particular when it comes to ideas generation and storytelling concepts.
Somewhere between a dreamer and a geek, Davide Colla is one unusual piece of work. He is as digital as a digital native can be and converts his clear instinct for good ideas and aesthetics into endless creative energy. Online 24 / 7, Davide is a natural in brand understanding and has the best time translating brand vision into digital brand communication. His passion for design has made him graduate from the European Design Institute in Milan with highest grades and keeps him striving for best graphic, web and social media solutions.
